What You’ll Do as a Production Manager
Oversee Residential Remodeling Projects from Start to Finish
• Manage the installation of windows, siding, doors, and roofing
• Oversee three to four Project Managers in your territory
• Ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and up to HGE’s high standards
Supervise and Develop Field Crews
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide ongoing training and leadership to field teams
Own Customer Experience and Vendor Relations
• Serve as the primary contact for post-sale customer interactions
• Ensure all agreements between HGE and the customer are clear and upheld
• Quickly and professionally resolve on-site challenges and customer concerns
Drive Efficiency and Compliance
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Handle licensing and permitting to ensure full legal compliance
• Develop and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Five or more years of project management in residential remodeling
• Industry Expertise: Experience in windows, siding, roofing, doors, or exterior home improvements
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage subcontractors, installers, or multiple Project Managers
• Customer-Facing Experience: Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues on-site effectively
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using iPads, CRM systems, and project management tools
• Valid Driver’s License: Ability to travel between job sites as needed
What We Offer
• Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses
OTE Year 1: $80,000 - $120,000
