Ultimately, an outstanding Entry Level Recruiter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hiring process, including ways in which to garner employees interest in meeting with our hiring manager.Entry Level Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our hiring process.
- Generating interest from prospective employees
- Ability to answer basic questions about our current job openings
- Scheduling an information meeting between the prospective employee and hiring team
- Keeping a detailed log of leads, including those which were not scheduled
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Entry Level Recruiter Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate and high level of organization
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Available to work both in office and remote
