As the Customer Care Manager - Digital Channels, you will lead the charge in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Brand Reputation, you will lead a team and manage customer interactions across digital, text, and email channels, ensuring that each touchpoint reflects our core values of trust, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Your role is key in driving customer loyalty and enhancing each customer’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:
