The Role:

We’re hiring a full-time Post-Install Service Technician to handle warranty service visits and customer callbacks after projects are completed. You’ll be the go-to resource when homeowners call about minor fixes like chimney flashing, caulking touch-ups, or trim repairs.

This is not a project manager role—we’re looking for someone hands-on with install experience who can diagnose, communicate clearly with the homeowner, and resolve issues efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to post-install customer concerns and minor warranty issues
  • Perform small on-site repairs (windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.)
  • Communicate directly with homeowners to explain fixes and maintain satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Install Managers and Production teams as needed
  • Keep accurate service records and ensure timely resolution of all tickets

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an installer, laborer, or crew lead in residential remodeling
  • Comfortable working solo and solving on-site issues
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Compensation & Benefits:
