Role Description
We are seeking a high volume Entry Level Recruiter to join our team that will specialize in sales recruiting. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow within our company, with the potential for advancement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Goal oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Local to our NJ or Long Island office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekend work as needed
Compensation: Hourly + Bonus - $45,000-$65,000
