The Role:

We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter focused solely on interviewing—no cold calls, no sourcing, no chasing. You’ll run 6–10 Zoom interviews per day with pre-qualified candidates delivered by our internal Talent Acquisition team.

This is a recruiting closer role. Your job is to evaluate, pitch the opportunity, and move strong commission-based in-home sales reps into final interviews with our sales leaders.



What You’ll Do:
• Run 6–10 structured Zoom interviews daily
• Qualify candidates for commission-based in-home sales roles
• Present opportunity, set expectations, and close for final interview
• Maintain performance metrics and daily follow-through
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet weekly hiring goals



What We’re Looking For:
• Recruiting or hiring experience in home remodeling, solar, or high-ticket sales
• Experience running Zoom interviews with sales candidates
• Strong closer mentality—confident, clear, and quick with decision making
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, number-driven environment
• Open to remote or hybrid based on location



Compensation:

$65K–$85K OTE based on performance
